About us

Accountability for the auction floor

Monobid started with a familiar story: a dealer, one Copart account, six people bidding from it — and a car on the invoice that nobody admitted to buying. The fine landed on the account owner. The argument never really ended.

Auction accounts are expensive, so sharing them isn't going away. What can go away is the chaos: passwords in chats, mystery purchases, disputes with no evidence. We build the layer of trust that shared accounts have always been missing.

Today Monobid is two products: the App, which attributes every bid to a person, and Helper, which estimates repair costs from auction photos with AI. Used together or apart, they share one idea — decisions should be based on facts.

What we believe

Three rules we build by

Security is the product

If credentials leak, nothing else matters. Everything we ship starts from that constraint.

Built with dealers

Our roadmap comes from the people who pick up cars on Monday morning, not from a whiteboard.

Don't change the workflow

Buyers keep the auction interface they know. Monobid works around your process, not the other way round.
